Brawley Anthony founded ABOVE .500 Inc. in Miami in 2013, building the nonprofit around a simple sports metaphor: a winning team has more wins than losses. Its mission — to help young people "Live Positive, Persevere & Keep Their Dreams Alive" — grew out of his own turning point: the Dominican‑American son of immigrant parents without a college education, in a world he says teaches people to settle for their comfort zone, he found faith during a hard stretch of his life and rebuilt his outlook around relentless positivity, a philosophy sharpened by mentor Jalen James Acosta. He's described on Above .500's own board page as "the strategic force" behind the org, crediting his work with connecting professional sports and media to underserved communities. Outside of ABOVE .500, he identifies fatherhood as a personal pillar alongside his community and marketing work.

That vision now runs through Ignite The Culture Weekend, heading into its 6th Annual edition December 4–6, 2026 in Broward County during Art Basel — a multi‑day platform combining a free live music festival, a celebrity basketball exhibition game, a national music talent search, and mental‑health panels, built around what the platform calls a "Positive Culture Standard": proof that culture and commerce don't require negativity to thrive. Past editions have featured Terrell Owens, Lil Boosie, Floyd Mayweather, Young Thug, NLE Choppa, André Drummond, Mario Chalmers, and Teddy Bridgewater. Beyond ITC, Above .500's Dream Rally program brings free school assemblies — celebrities, games, motivational speakers, giveaways — directly to students, including a personal return visit Brawley made to the FCAT Dream Rally at Meadow Woods Middle School as one of the program's own alumni.

Talent4Change and TTC are listed as Key Partners on Ignite The Culture Weekend's official site — the same partner tier as TTC members Alexander Star and Beautiful People Management. The relationship was built through Anthony Durden (S.H.E.A.R. Inc.), who connected TTC and ITC and helped secure T4C's Change Rover as a 2024 ITC sponsor; T4C hosted a DJ Workshop in the Rover led by Brotha Scott, and Durden's introduction led directly to TTC presenting the ITC Talent Search opportunity to TTC member Lil Yellow — who won 1st place, a result credited to TTC's performance consultation.
