HERON RA

Heron RA, born Randy A.B. Accius, is a recording artist, producer, filmmaker and father. He makes music as Heron RA and directs films under his own name, and the two sides of his work feed each other. His records deal with ambition, sacrifice, faith, fatherhood and personal growth, and he approaches music the way a director approaches a film. In late 2025 he released two projects on his own label, HBR LLC: the 14‑track The House that Randy Built, and Below Sea Lvl, a 7‑track album with producer 90culture featuring Antidote, Shogun187, N. Saiko, Malika Chic, Fame Life and Sunshiiine. That run led to a Miami Art Basel Weekend set where Heron RA and his collaborators opened for Benny the Butcher.

He has built stages for other people for years. In 2018 he started his first production company, doing photography, events, film and sound. His early events mixed community work with local talent:

• A&D Charity Jamboree (2018): Dementia and Alzheimer's education plus live local performances, with nearly 120 people attending.
• iHeart Haiti (2020): A benefit that raised money for a school in Haiti.
• Creative Staycation: A weekend where photographers, producers, engineers, songwriters and musicians focused only on making work.

In 2019 he was contracted to produce content for iHeartRadio's Vibe 95 podcast.

Today that work runs through RABA Studios, his film, music and live‑experience company, "a platform for creatives to be expressive." Through RABA he writes and directs independent films, including the sci‑fi romance 30 DEEP and Kill My Name, and he produces music videos and visualizers in South Florida and Atlanta. He also brings the same skills into classrooms, teaching young people how the entertainment industry actually works.

SIGNATURE EVENTS & PROGRAMS

• The Strange Fruit Project (April 17, 2026, The Banyan Live, West Palm Beach): A black‑tie evening combining film screenings, a live podcast taping, a live band, a DJ and featured performances. It uses art and conversation to build awareness, empathy and change. Produced by RABA Studios.
• Flip It Artist Camp (October 9–11, 2026): A three‑day camp where 10 to 20 selected artists write and record for movie soundtracks and upcoming 2027 releases. It is sponsored by C1‑ICE Media Group and RABA Studios, and it connects to Flip It, a RABA film production that held open casting across South Florida in 2026.
• Youth Entertainment Workshops:An emotional‑intelligence (EQ) workshop at John I. Leonard High School with QA Foundation, Inc. (spring 2026).
• An entertainment‑skills workshop at the Boys & Girls Club in Delray Beach, at the invitation of Florida Youth At Risk (FYAR), in summer 2026.
• Community Benefit Events: A history of charity events that pair local performers with a cause, including the A&D Charity Jamboree and iHeart Haiti.
