WENDY MORGAN

Wendy Morgan built her reputation from the inside of one of reggae's defining moments. As General Manager of CTBC Music Group, she helped guide the independent campaign behind Morgan Heritage's Strictly Roots — the album that earned the group its first Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album in 2016 — and she carries an A&R credit on the follow‑up, Avrakedabra, reflecting work on both the business and creative sides of the music.

That's the foundation Beautiful People Management is built on. Wendy currently manages reggae and dancehall artist I‑Octane, including his God & I project, and spearheaded the return of veteran singer Da'Ville after a 13‑year recording hiatus. Beautiful People Management also handles management and booking for reggae group The Lambsbread.

Her reach extends beyond her own roster. As a founding member of The Talent Catalog, she has connected internationally recognized artists including Julian Marley and I‑Octane to the platform, and opened doors for emerging talent — TTC artists Lil Yellow, Achileez and Yeshy have all received performance opportunities through her annual Christmas On 15th Ave Festival.

That same relationship‑driven approach shows up off the roster, too. Through her longstanding partnership with Talent4Change, Wendy has brought resources directly to young people in her community, including free haircuts for hundreds of youth, and has worked with Talent4Change's relationship with Colin Kaepernick's Know Your Rights Camp to secure bookbags for distribution through the Christmas On 15th Ave Festival.
