Wise Intelligent is a pioneering Hip‑Hop artist, songwriter, producer, author, educator, and social entrepreneur whose career has consistently connected music, knowledge, culture, and community empowerment.

A native of Trenton, New Jersey, Wise Intelligent rose to prominence as the lead MC and co‑founder of Poor Righteous Teachers, one of the defining conscious Hip‑Hop groups of the Golden Era. Alongside Culture Freedom and DJ Father Shaheed, PRT built a reputation for sophisticated lyricism, jazz- and reggae‑influenced production, and socially conscious music rooted in education, self‑knowledge, and community awareness. The group's landmark albums—including Holy Intellect, Pure Poverty, Black Business, and The New World Order—helped establish PRT as an influential force in underground and alternative Hip‑Hop.

Wise Intelligent's career, however, extends far beyond his legacy as an MC. Through his solo work and Intelligent Muzik, he has continued to develop music that challenges listeners intellectually and addresses culture, politics, identity, social conditions, and personal empowerment. His leadership with the Rap Snacks/BossUp Foundation centers on youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, mentorship, and creating pathways toward ownership and economic opportunity. His work has included initiatives such as entrepreneurship programming, Innovation Cafés, and StockBossUp, reflecting his belief that communities can build sustainable futures by developing their own talent, businesses, resources, and institutions.
