South, Florida, United States

Yasser Heyaime is the South Florida producer and connector behind Wyse Synergy, formerly YO Synergy, and a founding member of Talent4Change. He has led production on the Autism Theater Project's screening tour for its award‑winning pilot The Voice Inside. He has run Ahora hard seltzer brand pop‑ups at Rolling Loud and in New York, and he supports AV, logistics and artist booking for a youth civic‑education conference in New York. He also helped turn T4C's Change Rover into a live stage and big screen for a Super Bowl watch party. Book him to produce, staff and connect your event or activation, and to get the right people, partners and volunteers into the room.

About

Yasser founded his company as YO Synergy in 2018 in Fort Lauderdale. It was a full‑service agency covering project management, marketing, and media and event production for corporate brands, large events, nonprofits and entertainment professionals. It now operates as Wyse Synergy, a strategy and project‑support firm. Its focus is bringing relationships, opportunities and practical support together so meaningful work can move.

He is a former U.S. service member. He served with the 1/124th Infantry Regiment and trained at the Jungle Expert course at Fort Sherman, Panama. That background shows in his work: disciplined logistics, clear roles and follow‑through.

Production and activation credits:

  • Autism Theater Project, The Voice Inside. He served as ATP's Event Producer. He was with the team at Indie Short Fest LA, where The Voice Inside won Best TV Pilot. He then led production on the South Florida screening tour. That included the August 25, 2024 screening at Savor Cinema Fort Lauderdale, with a cocktail reception, panels, live performances and a Brightline ride partnership.
  • Ahora hard seltzer pop‑ups at Rolling Loud and in New York. His team handled brand tour management, technical support, labor staffing, custom build‑outs and asset management.
  • Youth For A Better World / Montessori Model United Nations (New York). This is a long‑running relationship. He provides AV direction, event logistics, technical staffing, inventory, print coordination, vendor sourcing, hotel relations and artist‑booking support for the youth conference.
  • Super Bowl watch party with T4C. He worked with Talent4Change to use the Change Rover as the centerpiece. The truck was a performance stage for TTC member Popp Da Rippa and I.C.E. Squad, and a projection screen for the game.

Talent and A&R: In June 2024, YO Synergy expanded into music artist and DJ A&R, partnering with established local industry resources to create opportunities for artists and DJs.

Community and social impact:

  • He is a board member for the launch of GiGi's Playhouse Miami, a Down Syndrome Achievement Center.
  • He leads the in‑development Wyse Synergy Social Impact Network, which helps nonprofits, community initiatives and independent artists become easier to find and support.
  • Current projects:
  • La Puerta: he reunited Argentine muralist Alejandro Carlos Maass with two of his lost works after more than 12 years, and is supporting a new original piece and a future exhibition.
  • SOLACE Collective: a sensory‑friendly apparel brand; he coordinated its first showcase.
  • Connecticut retreat: a small, facilitated weekend retreat planned for November 2026.

Connection to TTC / T4C: Yasser is one of Talent4Change's founding members and took part in its first community meetings.

  • CHEF and KIDS at the Overtown Youth Center (2016). He volunteered on T4C's pilot of the program, which teaches communities to grow and cook their own food. He also brought in many of the volunteers for the OYC garden, and several of them went on to become T4C employees under the OYC contract.
  • Printopia. He introduced T4C to Meishan Guarriello of Printopia (formerly Broward Print), based in Hallandale Beach. Printopia provided discounted business cards, flyers and the Change Rover's vehicle wrap. Meishan has since joined TTC, and Printopia is listed as a Resource in the TTC business directory.
  • FUNclusion 2025. He introduced T4C to Yessenia "Yesse" Leyva, founder of FUNclusion, an inclusion event for people of all abilities. T4C sponsored the 2025 edition at the German‑American Society in Hollywood, FL. More than 300 attendees of all abilities came, DJ Laz made a special appearance, and 12‑year‑old DJs Amira and Kayla played the music. That's where Michael met and recruited Achileez.
  • GiGi's Playhouse. He introduced Marquis "Sose" Gilbert to GiGi's Playhouse Miami, which became part of Marquis's path into teaching‑artist work with H2O Digital Arts in Florida.
  • Talent introductions. He also brought Héctor "Machito" Camacho Jr. to T4C, and Ephniko and Angie Rose to TTC. Along with Heron RA (Randy A.B. Accius).
