To inspire the people to unite for change, with a desire to empower youth, their families and in‑turn our communities; via collaborative social impact initiatives designed to provide positive influence through mentorship.
To guide everyone involved through experiences that assist in becoming more confident, resourceful and self‑sufficient.
To influence consideration, compassion, and togetherness; while providing platforms for members of *The Village to discover their true passion, and thus their heartfelt purpose.

The Plan, is to utilize a portion of The Talent Catalog generated funds to contribute to economic wealth by creating opportunities of employment for those willing to utilize their best "talent for change"; and work together to develop our passions into initiatives that provide others with avenues for positive development. By collaborating with talented members of The Talent Catalog and people from within the communities we serve, we contribute to economic growth. Which really helps balance the community as a whole, as well as, assist with alleviating stress, depression, anger, anxiety, and frustration, which in‑turn reduces crime. Making The Village (Our Village) a cooperative of many healthy and happy communities
