Wyse Synergy is a strategy, project coordination and partnership development firm founded by Yasser Heyaime. It helps artists, nonprofits, founders and event organizers turn a broad idea into a clear plan, the right relationships and a finished result.
Yasser started out running YO Synergy, a full‑service agency founded in 2018 whose work included the Ahora hard‑seltzer pop‑ups at Rolling Loud. Wyse Synergy is the next step: a hands‑on partner for events, initiatives and ventures that need someone to structure the work, bring the right people in and see it through. Yasser is a former U.S. service member (1/124th Infantry Regiment, Jungle Expert Training at Fort Sherman, Panama) and brings that discipline to every project.

- Proven event operator: runs ongoing event operations for Youth For A Better World's Montessori Model United Nations (MMUN), a youth civic‑education conference in New York.
- Community‑rooted: a founding member of Talent4Change. He organized T4C's Feb 7, 2021 Super Bowl watch‑party fundraiser, which used the Change Rover as a performance stage and projection screen with Popp Da Rippa & I.C.E. Squad. He also organized the T4C Athenaeum Literature, Art & Music event at Universe Miami Studios, livestreamed to benefit the BuzzBoxx youth initiative.
- A proven connector: he brought Marquis "Sose" Gilbert, Hector Camacho Jr., Ephniko, Angie Rose and Heron RA into the TTC network, and introduced TTC to Printopia and to Yesse Leyva's FUNclusion.
- Nonprofit leadership: board member for GiGi's Playhouse Miami Down Syndrome Achievement Center.
